Why I teach

I love teaching. For more than sixteen years I have been running training sessions, guiding teams and teaching adult learners, and helping people grow is still the most rewarding part of my work.
My sessions are practical and built on real work, never textbook theory. I keep things simple, use plenty of real examples, and always leave room for questions, because the best learning happens in conversation.
