Why I’m writing here
After two decades in software development and technology leadership, mostly in banking, I know that a system is only part of the story. People, decisions, and habits matter just as much.
Teaching has given me another way to explore that. For eight years at Aidha, I’ve taught basic computer skills, and throughout my career I’ve helped teams make sense of complex ideas.
This journal is where I’ll share observations about work, mindset, people, society, culture, and ordinary life. Some pieces will be practical; others will simply ask a better question. I hope they give you something useful to think about.
