About Nishikant Tiwari
Writer · Poet · Teacher
I have spent 18 years in software development and banking technology across India and Singapore. I love teaching and have been running training sessions for more than sixteen years. I also write essays, stories and Hindi poems on growth, mindset and everyday life.
My journey
I began my career in 2007 as a Java programmer in Delhi, worked in Pune, and moved to Singapore at the end of 2011. Since then I have worked in banking technology, writing code, leading and mentoring delivery teams, and looking after critical systems that cannot afford to fail.
Over the years I noticed that the hardest problems at work are rarely technical. They are about how people think, communicate and make decisions. That is the focus of my training, my mentoring and my writing.
